Driver Requirements
The minimum age for qualified drivers is 21 years. Each driver must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence from his or her country of origin. (Please note: the lead name given on the booking will be taken as the main driver, unless otherwise advised).
Early Returns
There will be no refunds made for the early return of a rental vehicle.

Saturday 8.30am - 4.00pm
All offices are closed on Sundays and the following Statutory holidays:
Statutory holidays: Jan 1, Mar 21, May 19, Jul 1, Aug 6 (Whitehorse only Aug 20) Sep 1, Oct 13, Nov 11, Dec 25, 26.
Arriving on International Flights
It is necessary to stay overnight in a hotel before picking up your vehicle. Your body-clock will be 5-8 hours ahead of local time and you will be tired.
Minimum Rentals
Minimum rental period is 7 days.
Pick-Up / Drop-Off Times
Pick-up: Mon - Sat 9.00am - 3.00pm
Drop-off: Mon - Sat 9.00am - 12.00 noon
Note that there will be a $30 surcharge per hour for
overdue vehicles.
Return of Vehicle
The vehicles are provided with a full tank of petrol and
must be returned the same way. The vehicle must be
returned clean, undamaged, with complete equipment
and the holding tank empty. Failure to do so will incur
charges. Outside washing is not required.
One–way Drop Fees
Please refer to ‘Not included in your hire’.
Travel Restrictions
Non-public roads and off-road driving is prohibited.
Restrictions aply in Montreal, New York, Death Valley,
Mexico. Please call for full details. Motorhomes travelling
into Alaska, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or Alaska
are permitted when disclosed in advance.
Vehicle Orientation
A minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour is required to familiarise yourself with the operation of the rental vehicle prior to departure.
Storage
Fraserway will provide free storage of luggage at your
own risk. Excludes liability for personal property.
Substitutions
Every effort will be made to ensure that the vehicle reserved will be available, however, if due to unavoidable circumstances the reserved vehicle is not available, Fraserway Rentals reserves the right to substitute that vehicle with another of equal or greater value at no additional cost. Any subsequent expenses including additional ferry costs & petrol are the renter’s sole responsibility.
Vehicle Type
All motorhomes are equipped with automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, V8 engine and air-conditioning.

Free Transfers
Pick-up and drop-off is available to/from the depot to downtown/airport hotels* and the airport. *excludes Toronto downtown
Preparation Fee
The vehicle is prepared for your pick-up and includes your first supply of propane gas, toilet chemicals and fresh water
Convenience Kits
These items include utensils such as kitchenware, dishes, towels, duvets and lawn chairs. Full details are available on request
FREE KILOMETRES
100 kilometres per day are included
Taxes
All taxes for PRE PAID items have been included. Any optional extras purchased locally will incur taxes.
Insurance
Collision Damage Waiver is included with every
motorhome rental. This reduces your excess to
CA$500 per occurrence and miscellaneous damage.
Full details of insurance coverage are on request.
Not included in your hire
Security Deposit
An imprint of your credit card will be taken upon
arrival but not processed. The credit card MUST
be in the name of the lead driver.
Petrol
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of petrol but
must be returned in the same way.
Taxes
Taxes will be charged for any items purchased locally.
One-Way Drop Fees
One-way rentals require a minimum of 7 nights.
This must be requested at the time of booking and must be pre-paid.
Vancouver to Calgary - £215
Calgary to Vancouver - £300
Toronto to/from Halifax - £385
Extra Kilometres
If you exceed the 100kms included in your rental, a charge of $0.33 per kilometre is payable locally. Alternatively, if you plan to travel long distances, purchase a 500km package for £75 or a 1,000km package for £145. No refunds will be given on unused kilometres.
Rates include: 160km per day, preparation fee, convenience kits, taxes on pre-paid items and CDW Insurance
